The accomodation consists of:-

ENTRANCE PORCH:

Warmed by an electric oil filled heater. With plenty of hooks for waterproofs and space for wellingtons! 

SMALL HALL:

with storage heater and airing cupboard. 

KITCHEN / DINING ROOM:

With new Sandyford oil fired range cooker, microwave, electric toaster,  kettle and fridge. Water is heated by electric immersion heater. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary crockery. 

SITTING ROOM:

Fully carpeted with an open fireplace and electric fire. Coal for the fire is provided free of charge. There is a small colour television and a DVD player. The room is very comfortably furnished, with  a well stocked bookcase, card games and jigsaws.

from the hall there are two short flights of stairs. The bathroom and utility room are off the first landing. 

UTILITY ROOM:

This contains an automatic washing machine - spin dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, a small freezer, vacuum cleaner and electric razor point.  There is access through the back door to an outside clothes line. 

BATHROOM:

With white bathroom suit and heated towel rail. 

BEDROOMS

There are two bedrooms off the second landing, both are fully carpeted and there are electric under blankets on the beds. The cottage sleeps four adults, but is most  comfortable for two or three people  

BEDROOM ONE:

Two pine single beds, with two pillows and a duvet for each. Extra blankets provided if required.  

BEDROOM TWO:

Double bed with four pillows, a double duvet and extra blankets.

We recommend the use of the Sandiford range on a low setting in the kitchen -  it produces a very cosy kitchen and can be turned up when required as a cooker. There are four electric heaters and a storage heater. There is space to park a car off the road directly in front of the barn adjoining the cottage. Details of where to pick up the key to the cottage and of how to get there will be sent upon receipt of full payment.
