TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The booking deposit is 25% of the rent. Bookings are considered confirmed when the deposit has been received. The final payment becomes due four weeks prior to the letting. When late bookings are made and arrival is to be in less than four weeks time, full rent is payable. Rent should be paid to :

N.B.  In the event of cancellation by a tenant, booking deposits are non-returnable, but alternative dates will be offered if available. Bookings run from 4p.m. on a Saturday to 10:30a.m. on the following Saturday. Rates are determined by the month in which the Tuesday of each week falls.
