Our Aim:  To produce meat with a clear conscience.

Primarily to be self sufficient in meat for ourselves, and also to sell meat locally to friends, family and by word of mouth. We are situated on the Staffordshire / Cheshire border between Leek and Congleton, if you live nearby and would be interested in sharing some of our produce please do not hesitate to contact us. I would also be delighted to show you around the smallholding and to see the livestock.

We are a very small farm, approximately 15 acres of permanent grassland. We rear 2 or 3 beef animals each year, around a dozen lambs, in 2007 we reared our first pigs and also some poultry for the table.
